Sophos CEOs named "Business Person of the Year"

Dr Jan Hruska and Dr Peter Lammer, joint CEOs and founders of
Sophos, have been jointly named as "Business Person of the Year" at
the Oxfordshire Business Awards 2002.
Stephen Dexter, senior partner at Grant Thornton, handed the
award to Jan Hruska at a gala evening in Oxford on Friday night in
front of hundreds of members of the Oxfordshire business
community.
The award presentation is the latest in a long line of
achievements for Sophos, which was recently awarded with two
Queen's
Awards for Enterprise and named as Company of the
Year at the CBI Growing Business Awards.
Dr Hruska said he was delighted to receive the accolade, which
was a credit to all the staff.
Sophos was praised for developing and implementing successful
business solutions and having taken active steps to exceed customer
expectations.
