Sophos comes first in network anti-virus tests

Le Monde Informatique

Sophos Anti-Virus has been recognised as the leading solution for network anti-virus protection in a comparative review conducted by French magazine, Le Monde Informatique.

The comparative review tested Sophos Anti-Virus, McAfee Total Virus Defense Suite, Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition and F-Secure Anti-Virus, paying particular attention to ease of deployment and administration.

The review praised Sophos's performance noting that unlike other products there was no noticeable slowdown and the quality of Sophos's legendary 24x7x365 technical support: "As far security, performance and technical support are concerned Sophos clearly appears to be the winner of this benchtest".

The full review can be read in the 19 April 2002 edition of Le Monde Informatique or online at http://www.weblmi.com.
