    As the Sr. Technical Support Engineer- Escalations, you will provide high quality Technical Support as a point of contact to Sophos customers and partners by handling technical incidents escalated from Frontline Support, as well as Sales Engineering escalations. A Senior Support Engineer is a ‘go to’ individual for other Engineers who works closely with Lead Technical Support Engineers and internal Sophos employees.  The successful candidate will have superior customer service skills, able to prioritize within a high workload and complex computer skills.
