Rainer Gawlick joined Sophos in 2008 as Chief Marketing Officer. He’s responsible for marketing, product management and strategy. Rainer's experience focused on managing worldwide marketing and product management for international technology companies.
Most recently he was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at SolidWorks, Corp. After spending a number of years at McKinsey & Company, Inc., he held a variety of executive and board positions in technology businesses.
Rainer has a bachelor's degree in physics from The University of California at Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and computer science from M.I.T.
