Ken Paul joined Sophos in 2004 as Human Resources Manager. He has a wealth of human resources experience and his career includes work in talent management, recruitment management and information systems, and business support.
Before joining our team, Ken headed human resources at Nestlé Waters Powwow. He led the HR integration of both Powwow and Nestlé employees into a single business after Nestlé's acquisition of Powwow. Earlier experiences include senior positions at Blackwell Publishing and RM plc.
