Jeff Babka

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff joined Sophos in 2009. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance and technology, most recently as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of NeuStar, Inc., where he led NeuStar’s efforts in support of its IPO and listing on the New York Stock Exchange in 2005.  NeuStar was recognized as the “IPO of the Year” of 2005 by Renaissance Capital and International Financing Review.

Prior to joining NeuStar he held senior financial positions at Indus International Inc, Concert, Global Crossing, Lucent Technologies Inc. and AT&T.   He started his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, and obtained CPA certification in Ohio in 1974.

Jeff has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Manhattan College and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Dayton, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.
