Customer Sales Executive- International team
Base Salary- Up to £20K/ Up to £30K OTE + benefits

In this excellent role, you will communicate with Sophos customers who are based in either Sweden or Poland. You will be responsible for generating new Sophos business from our existing SME customer base, working on opportunities from our internal customer database, specific marketing campaigns and incoming calls and requests. You will work closely with Channel Managers and their resellers to target cross sell activity with our joint customers. Providing input into the creation of data lists, you will agree timescales and dates of campaigns, providing relevant information and updates to both the account manager and the reseller.
You will possess excellent language skills for either Swedish or Polish and will be a skilled telesales professional with knowledge of sales processes and working to specific revenue and KPI targets. You are likely to have experience of working in a commercial IT environment, and will have strong skills in persuasion and negotiaton. If you can meet a daily target of 70 outbound calls and 2.5 hours of talk time, then you won't find a better place to progress.
This role is based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Main duties
- Generate opportunities from Sophos internal customer database, specific marketing campaigns and incoming requests, achieving objectives as defined by your KPIs
- Exceed both your published customer retention rate and your revenue contribution targets
- Achieve revenue quota by closing opportunities in conjunction with partner organisation, through outbound calling
- Engage Sales Engineering, Partner Account Managers and Marketing within Sophos to ensure successful relationships with end users and channel partners
- Support other sales teams on specific campaigns and ensure specified, accurate and complete information is passed on to the account managers in a timely manner
- Manage your own workload to deliver against daily KPIs and metrics, e.g. 2.5 hours talk time per day with an average of 70 outbound calls per day
- Regularly identify opportunities for the team to improve efficiency and raise any solutions to the Sales Manager, Inside Sales for approval
- Assist in the development of other team members through coaching to up-skill the team
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Sophos products and services and also those of Sophos competitors
- Adhere to standards for CRM (Pivotal), business systems and activity management standards, ensuring that all activity is logged and accurately updated
- Ensure familiarity with Sophos procedures and company guidelines
Experience and skills
Essential:
- Ability to speak one of the following languages: Swedish or Polish
- Experience of working within a telesales role
- Experience of working in a commercial IT environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales processes
- Experience of developing mutually beneficial relationships
- Experience of working to specific KPIs and targets
- Experience of handling multiple activities and tasks and prioritising your work effectively
Experience of the following is desirable:
- Working within the computer security market
- Developing and monitoring business and account plans
- Selling high volume business
