Customer Sales Executive- International team

Base Salary- Up to £20K/ Up to £30K OTE + benefits

Role

In this excellent role, you will communicate with Sophos customers who are based in either Sweden or Poland. You will be responsible for generating new Sophos business from our existing SME customer base, working on opportunities from our internal customer database, specific marketing campaigns and incoming calls and requests. You will work closely with Channel Managers and their resellers to target cross sell activity with our joint customers. Providing input into the creation of data lists, you will agree timescales and dates of campaigns, providing relevant information and updates to both the account manager and the reseller.

You will possess excellent language skills for either Swedish or Polish and will be a skilled telesales professional with knowledge of sales processes and working to specific revenue and KPI targets. You are likely to have experience of working in a commercial IT environment, and will have strong skills in persuasion and negotiaton. If you can meet  a daily target of 70 outbound calls and 2.5 hours of talk time, then you won't find a better place to progress.

This role is based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
