New Phish In Africa
Scammers are not limiting their targets to the financial institutions only in America, Europe or Asia-Pacific. Today SophosLabs analysts encountered a new phishing attempt targeting a bank in South Africa. The scam involved redirecting customers to a compromised website that hosted the phishing scam to steal information. On last check the compromised website is no longer accessible.
