Adding this blog to your website, iGoogle, MyYahoo, MSN, etc
I've had a few people ask how they can add the content of this blog to their own website.
If you're a bit of a geek then you've probably already worked out how to embed the RSS feed into your HTML webpage, or onto your iGoogle or MSN or Yahoo personal portal, but just in case you're struggling here are some ideas.
So, imagine you wanted something like this on your personal website:
All you should have to do is copy-and-paste the HTML in the box below, and insert it into your website:
If you're feeling brave you can even change some of the parameters to change the look-and-feel of the content on your site, but I'll leave that up to you.
"But Graham!" I hear you cry, "I don't have a personal website!"
Okay okay.. don't panic. Maybe you do have a personal page like iGoogle, My Yahoo or My MSN which you use as a home page whenever you turn your browser on.
If you use one of these services, feel free to click the following buttons to add this blog's content to your home page automagically:
The beauty of any of these approaches is that you don't have to manually update the content on your webpage - it will be automatically updated whenever I add a new blog entry. Marvellous!
Another alternative, is to use an online RSS reader. Probably the most popular one is Google Reader:
By the way, I'm not able to offer any technical support for these - they should just work. :)
